Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees paid for TEH SMS services are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. Schools may cancel their subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. In exceptional cases involving duplicate payments or technical billing errors, refund requests may be reviewed and processed at the discretion of TEH SMS management. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to school@tehub.in within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
